I have an AEM intake for a stock 93 civic engine, and I was just wondering if it will fit on a B18?

is the trottle body mounted on the side of the intake or on top of it

 

On the stocker the Cold Air Intake mounts to the side of the throttle body.

 

and ur aem does it fit on the side or on top

 

AEM mounts on the side as well. I'm just wondering if the pipe will be the right size. ha, that's what she said.

 

yea it will fit long as it is on the same side it will fit

 

i dont think it will..the pipe will be way too small and i think get in the way and hit your shock tower....a friend of mine gave me an aem intake for me when i got my gsr swapped in and i didnt have an intake on it and needed one and it wouldnt fit...i had to go on ebay. u need one that curves up a little then goes straight.... and the pipe needs to be bigger for the bigger throttle body unless u just use a bigger coupler or w.e

 

as long as the b18b is in the 93 chassis it WILL fit. I don't know why anyone would tell you it wouldn't(except for the rare occasional vertical tb issue). The tb is in the same location regardless of motor. sohc/dohc. you will be fine.
