Icon2 headlights turn off??!!

first off the low beams are really hard to turn on, u have to torque on the switch pretty good for em to turn on......the highbeams work perfect, and once u get the low beams on....they turn off when i hit the blinker to do a left turn! anyone else have this problem before?

No.

Don't buy a new one.

Used ones can be pulled at a salvage yard for $50 or less.

So is your entire car. As long as it functions properly, who cares? It's better than your broken one.

Either spend the $135 to buy a new one or buy a used one for a lot less money. The choice isn't too hard.

Whole combo from a pick a part runs about $20 here. Just the left side should be about $10.
