headlight problem
I have a 91 integra to begin with.
The headlights went out on it and I thought
It was a fuse...when I went to check the fuses they were still
good but there was no power going to the fuses
And my high beams work but they wont stay clicked on
I have to hold it to make em stay on
Any one have any idieas what can be the problem
any info would be thankfull

Sounds like you have more problems than just a bad switch.
That switch is called the multifunction switch and is on the side of you're steering column. It's the little arm you use to switch headlights and turn signals. Very easy to replace- once you take the steering column covers off there's only a screw or two holding it on.

As with any electrical problem, the first thing to do is to redo the main grounds, [batt. post and cable clamp, batt. to chassis ground and chassis to engine ground, all one cable] DO NOT just eyeball them, disconnect/clean/reconnect, even if it is not your problem you need to do it to eliminate as a possible problem, and it can't hurt to do on a 20 year old car.
Also as mentioned, there are 5 fuses related to the head lights...
Fuse 33 - 50A, [hot at all times] in engine bay fuse box.
Fuses 3 and 4, [hot when low beams are on] in under dash fuse box.
Fuses9 and 10, [hot when high beams are on] in under dash fuse box.
Also as mentioned the problem is most likely the MS/CLS, [multifunction switch/ combination light switch].
Check for power to the switch, [white lead] with the head light switch on high and low beam] should have power on the white lead at all times.
Check for power out of the switch, red/blue for high beam and flash to pass, red/yellow for low beam, both should have power only when when high, [flash to pas] or low beams are on.
Also as mentiond you may have more then one problem although all of them may be related to a grounding issue. 94
