What makes the gsr brakes better then an eg ex brakes
Like the title says what makes the gsr brakes better then an eg ex brakes? i just brought a 4 door gsr for parts and i was wondering whats the different on the brake set up
Rotors are the same size, but the GSR has different calipers, with a bigger piston inside. The GSR master cylinder may also be slightly larger.
Same for EG. All EG and 94-01 Integra suspension will interchange. I simply swapped the spindle and hub assemblies for the front and the entire trailing arm for the rear.
Also a great time to get those GSR swaybars, just need the LCA's too, to bolt them up.

so the gsr and ex have the same size rotors just the gsr uses a bigger caliper? and what about the gsr brakes compared to dx brakes?

On 5th gens, the 94-95 Civic EX sedan, coupe and I think 93-95 Si used the same front calipers, rotors and pads as an Integra RS. The knuckle is a different part number, but it doesn't matter, the brakes themselves are the same. Unless someone wants to measure them and post pictures, I'm going by what the Raybestos brake parts catalog and Honda website say.
I should mention that the Integra RS is the only non-ABS model, but still has the same size parts as the GSR. It's still 10.3" rotors
