getting code 15 or 1-5 can someone help me figure out the problem car idles but wont rev

 

hey not to steal the post but i also need some cel help and didnt see the sense in posting an entire new thread...i have a 00 civic si with a gsr swap and its converted from obd11 to obd1, i have had no problems up until now, last night at the track i threw a check engine light and was told by my peers that there was no way to check and obd11 to obd1 converted cel!? is this true, and if not how the hell do i do it? i hate cel's!!!!! must go away!? pleae help...
