Icon3 Security Killswitch on constantly, cars stuck at store, need help!

I just programmed a new remote for my car today and it was working perfectly well, I go to leave the store and about after a second of driving the alarm engages, I park and of course the alarm starts going off and the killswitch engages.

Does anyone have any idea how to disable a killswitch?
I have no idea what kind of alarm I have but there's information about it here:

I can turn the alarm on/off but the Killswitch seems to have a mind of its own and remains on despite what I do with the alarm....

Nevermind I got it disabled, I don't know what set it off and kept the killswitch from disabling but it's...fixed? I guess...

Nothing like taking my own car alarm apart in a parking lot with a bunch of people watching lol
