90 si gsr turbo wont start HELPPPPPPP

I HAVE 90 SI I JUST PUT IN THE MOTOR IT WAS STARTING JUST FINE NOW IT WONT SEND FUEL WITH THE STOCK ECU SO I CHANGED IT AND PUT THE B16A ECU AND THE RELAY CLICKS ITs SENDING GAS AND HAS SPARK BUT WONT START ALL FUSES ARE GOOD IDONT KNOW WAT TO CHECK NOW I'VE CHECKED EVERYTHING WAT DO U GUYS THINK

1.) Turn off your caps, nobody wants to read that ****.

2.) Take your time and type out what the hell you are trying to say because you just crammed a lot of detailed information into one long run-on sentence.

iam just pissed off all the money i put in and i still have not gotten the chance to enjoy!!
the motor cranks and does not start has fuel and spark but the funny thing is with the ecu that was turning the car on does not let the relay to work so i put in a pw0 ecu and it allows the relay to work but it still wont start.

Are you running a chipped ECU with a corresponding basemap to compensate for the bigger injectors you are running? IF not this is why the car wont start as the stock ecu is only sending fuel made for 190cc injectors.
