ok i have spark (i dont know if its enough spark) im getting fuel and i have compression.......i have a jdm d15 vtec and i have no clue why it wont start i took a spark plug connected to the wire out and started the car and it gets spark i am though missing the map sensor is this the reason why it wont start?

 

check the main relay and put on a map sensor

 

Yes tht's exactly why your car wont start. Map sensor is a very important part of how the engine runs, without telling the ECU how much vaccum is being ran it doesnt know how much fuel to put in.

You can use the obd0 map sensor on the firewall unless your didnt come with one.

timings great if its the map sensor then ima laugh at myself for weeks thanks though ill keep this updated...keep throwing out ideas im up to check anything
