Default Equal spring rates front and rear

Equal spring rates front and rear is a good setup for road racing or not? Iam thiking 450lbs/inch front and rear, is a 2,000 pound CRX.

Spring rates has been discussed many times.
Read the search sticky... It will help you more accurately find the information you seek.
BTW thats a pretty low spring rate.
You dont even mention what kind of suspension you currently have.
It's like trying to make popcorn with no oil, pan or heat.
Even the microwave popping corn has more information.
