My left HID headlight doesn't come on, unless I keep turning the headlight switch 10 or so times. I tried replacing the bulb and switching the ballast and it still doesn't want to turn on in the initial try. I checked the fuse and it is still good.

Are there any other parts I should check or does anyone have any clue on what can be wrong?

 

it's possible that the harness isnt getting enough startup ampage...

your alternator working fine?
