I've got a civic-style Mishimoto radiator b/c I was planning on going turbo ( too broke to finish ) and I still have the stock A/C condenser/radiator because my car is black, I'm in Cali and it routinely gets 100f outside and probably 140f in my car.

I have a 14" fan on the radiator currently and the air it pulls off of it is hot enough to cause pain to my hand a good 4" away. I've been thinking that aside from driving on the freeway, that my radiator could use a little more help getting some air from the outside, so I wanted to add a fan to the front too. I've already tried a 12" and it was too big, so I was wondering if anyone had done this before without removing, cutting or welding anything. THANKS!


Cliffnotes: What's the largest size fan I can use in a pusher/front position with an A/C condenser and no cutting or welding?

you tried 12 and its too big? try a 10" maybe?

 

check the boosted forums, those guys would have more cooling info i would think, just my two pennies
