Got a quick question. I'm tryin to buy a white S2K soon iA. I really like the beige seats and interior; I was wondering if I bought a S2K with black interior, how hard and expensive would it be to swap it with beige S2K seats and beige leather interior?

That all depends on where you buy the parts and how much you know about basic mechanics. You're not getting answers because people are probably wondering why you're asking such a vague, open question.

Im not sure if the tan interior was released in the US so it may be hard to come by. If thats the case and someone does have it I'd imagine it'd be expensive, not so much removing the old interior and putting the new one in (that could probably be a DIY job) but just getting the tan interior itself. It was mentioned in a thread a looooong while back but I think someone said the tan interior was a UK only thing. Someone correct me if Im remembering this wrong

 

It was available in the United States.

 

you can find someone on s2ki.com usually selling the things you need

then its just removing the stock stuff & replacing it with the new stuff

btw iirc white ap1's usually come with all red or black/red interior... white ap2's came with tan interior

 

get an 04', they come with beige. I have an 04' that originally had beige; hated it and swapped it out for black.

 

in 03 gpw ap1's came with tan interior

Yeah, but I need to buy a 2000, 2001, 2002 or latest 2003 model...I don't got too much money for an '04.

I LOVE the tan interior though...hard to find

GPW 04-05's came with the tan interior and there the only ones. Expect to pay more for the tan over black. You will need door panels, carpet, seats, and center console cover. All the parts are pretty easy to interchange. I've seen the entire interior sell for around 1k. Some don't like it and will trade for black, or black + cash.

My friend has a tan interior in mint n I mean mint condition for trade for black interior if your interested... let me know
