Default foglights

alright so i bought these foglights the other day from this guy
and he said they fit ef8s and hatchbacks..
but i was wondering..what kind of foglights are these? are they a direct bolt to a honda civic hatchback 91 si????

88-89 Prelude fogs.

Not a direct bolt-on. You need to fabricate some brackets to mount them.

naw he didn't just the fogs

No you can't really buy them. You have to make your own to do it. Just make it look clean.

It's an easy install. If you have a usdm front end. You don't need any brackets. When I had them on my Crx all I did was drill hole into the bumper support

ef8/9 brackets are vertical and you need to cut your stock bumper to make them fit, but there is a outline on the inside of the bumper

are they flush mounted or are they supposed to stick out?
I made brackets for mine already but they stick out about half an inch.

all you gotta do is find a nice position for them and drill a hole. just remove the top tab that comes off on the top of the fog light. i know the supports are different but the process should be the same. no need to cut any part of the support UNLESS you are going to be using a jdm fog light bracket. here is where i drilled a hole for the fog ligths....i made the hole elongated to allow for back and forth adjustment.
