I am thinking about cutting my 88 bumper for 89 prelude fogs, at the same time i wanna keep my CRX all stock as is, it has only 102,XXX miles and is SI but not super minty. let me know your opinions and vote on yes for fogs or no on fogs

If i buy a 91 crx si bumper would it be easy and safe to install it on my 88 without any problems? i am asking this bcuz the 91 bumper has the easier to follow cutout.
