What kind of Turbonetics turbo this is

what kind of turbo is this? anyone know the specs on this. also, whats the flange of the turbo? thanks

Looks like the old 60-1 T04 S in a 3" inlet, 2.5" outlet in a .58 or .68 T4 tangental housing. Can't tell about the turbine side, as you cannot see it.
