Default JDM Headlight install

I remember there being an article on Hondaprelude.com about wiring up a relay so the H4 bulb could be used as high and low beam. Does anyone have this article or know where I can get it from?

What do you need to know..I have done it on my car.....buy a 5 pin relay and it should become fairly evident.

High Beam to the "switching Mechanism"
Low beam to the power in
Ground to the Low beam ground on the relay
87 and 87a to the Low and high beams

lastly the high beam lead to the ground on the light.

I can make you a picture tomorrow while I'm killing time at work. do you want the H1 fogs to work?

Well there are two filaments in the H4 bulb and personally I don't like the middle lights..

But the advantage is that you can wire the hi/lo's in the outside bulb, and wire the inside ones for fog lights if you want

Yes, high/low in one beam and foglights in the center. Thanks for the responses! I am looking forward to that picture. I am sure once I get the relay it will be clear.
