Default clutch fork stuck. help.

after finishing my swap (prelude h22) my clutch fork and the clutch slave cylinder is just stuck. the fork is pressing the slave cylinder. i can't move it manually from outside. i notice when i tried bleeding it. the fluid goes down only a little, almost not noticeable. i remember it was pretty hard for the tranny to go in but after i got the dowel pins to go in, i just bolt it on. i move from a thicker pressure plate to the stock one, if that matters. could it be the bearing out of line or do i just need to adjust the pedal?
