Dell Sols with defferent chassis?
they are all the same. there is the "S" which came with a 1.5 single non. and then there was the "si" which had the 1.6 single with tec. and then the "vtec" which came with the b16 but otherwise they were all the same. The K will go in any of them. but atleast try and get a SI cause it will have 4 wheels disc brakes.
X2 on the Del Sol model history.
When in doubt check Wikipedia....

There were 3 Del Sol's made...
S
Si
VTEC
Those differences were engine only...with the exception of the 1993 S model having drum rear brakes instead of 4 wheel disc brakes.
The only other physical difference in the models was the deletion of the auxiliary lights being removed for the 1996-1997 model year.

theres actually quite a few differences from year to year. many were all pretty minor though so will you notice a difference? no. but try for the si or just buy the s and do a disc conversion. motor wont matter if your k swapping so dont waste the money on the vtec
