EK ex header + spring bolt broke off

EK ex header + spring bolt broke off

I'm not much of an EK guy. Sorry for the ignorrance.

While changing my sisters ek CAT, I broke off both heads of the sprig/bolt.

?
1) is the bolt on the back of the header flange welded?

2) how do I take out the broken bolt?
a) cut it off with drehmel
b) heat it up and use a punch
c) use an impact gun to the back of the bolt?

you could allways buy some aftermarket headers.. thats what i did when mine broke off in the header. but im guessin a punch through the hole that the bolt went through should do the trick.

Charlie, just cut it off and go get new bolts.

I already have the spring bolts from autozone.

I cut the broken screw (facing the cat) but on the other side of that collector flange are 2 bolts....

? are the 2 bolts welded on?
