OBD1 Injector Question

Default OBD1 Injector Question

I have a b16a that im going to be putting in my car, Im not sure if d series injectors will work on a b series. Or basically what all stock injectors can i use. LMK! Thanks guys

d series injectors are the same size as b series injectors

yes they are, all integra and civic injectors are the same, only difference is in the obd0 which is peak and hold, and obd1-obd2 are saturated, but with obd2 injectors clips are not the same.

this is not entirely true h22 obd1's are peak and hold and require a resistor box

Yeah as long as you don't use d16y7 injectors (190cc) you will be fine. OBD1 D and B series are all 240cc.

are you serious that the y7's are only 190cc i have never heard that good to know tho

Yep. A few people said ALL D's were 240's so I used my stock y7's for my b18c and it ran like crap. Did more research and found that they are in fact 190cc.

that is def good to know. that could be why I had to rebuild a y7 that some kid ran 14psi with the stock injectors. No tune btw. we got it all tuned and running good and someone cut his fuel line and his car burnt to the ground a month later after running really good
