D16y7 crank bearins on Z6?

D16y7 crank bearins on Z6?
Working on my z6 and notice my main bearings were off the block. I have a Y7 block with main bearings, will these bearing work on the Z6? Also with the thrust washers work on the Z6 as well? Thanks in advance.
