#44 - shows a clip

My rear bumper is sticking out on the sides.. Is this clip (#44) what prevents this from happening?

 

i think it might be clip 29 which goes into 11.

I've loaned my camera out so i can't really get a picture.. I've searched and found a thread or two, but nothing that has helped.

Right there on the sides.. where the 10mm bolts up and hold the rear bumper on there's a corner.. and mine is sticking out and looks like crap.

I was hoping maybe one of you guys have had a similar problem and know a fix

 

Tighten up those bolts and replace any missing clips.

 

Bolts are tight.. clip is in there.. IDK!

Are you talking about the top edge of the bumper on the side, right where it curves up to meet the metal trim piece below the tail lights? Mine isn't completely flush there, either. I don't really think there's a fix for it.

 

Did you get bumped or did you bump anything with the bumper?

I was in an accident and had a new rear bumper put on, but it is oem acura.

 

might be the frame that the bumper lays on check to see if its bent down, thats how mine was
