ls swapm in a 93 dx coupe..

we pul the fuel rail off and try to turn it over (to see if it shoots out any fuel) and the injectors pop out...we switched em with andother set...and we are getting pressure but no fuel is spitting out?...the dizzy is off but that wont cause it to no spit out fuel right?(we have one on order bc with a good dizzy is still wont fire)

is there a fuse or relay for the fuel injectors?
