92-95 ex seats in 90 dx question
no, you have to swap the entire seat pan. the seat rails will not bolt up to the seat pan. i use to have these seats on my old HB, i didnt like it the seats sat too high for me.
how difficult is it swap the seat pan for someone who has never done it before. Would it be easier just to fab up some new mounting tabs and use the ex seat rails?
Let's see if I remember correctly:
undo the wire under the seat
remove the rails 2 10mm bolts each side
remove a 17 or 19mm bolt from the lumbar cushion
under the metal wires that hold the fabric to the seat pan (about 15 or so)
remove the the foam and fabric
install is the reverse
when I did it I used an adhesive spray on the pan for the foam so it would grab the pan
