LS/VTEC idle problems
I just got done finish up my build on my engine and I haven't been able to let the engine run for a long period of time because I can't get the idle down. The engine idles at 4,000 rpm, if I retard the timing all the way I can't get the idle down to 2500 to 3,000 rpm. But I know I shouldn't have to do that. I have crower 63402-2 cams, which I know isn't going to idle normal. Anyone have any ideas? Because I'm totally puzzled.
I've been having the same problem on my ls/vtec. I just got it put in and started it for the first time today. I'm able to get my idle to about 1300 but thats it. Its not a steady idle either.
Mine as well, my IACV is brand new too, everything is brand new on the motor so I'm just confused?
