Well, I have been wanting another Del Sol and it has taken me about 3 yrs to switch around in my honda's to finally find one I could actually get. Now.. I have taken the 1.5 out because of it being an S model and put the B16a in it that I had in my 93 Hatch.. I swapped the Hatch off for this car, I am wanting to paint it back to the color blue, I had primered a few spots that I had sanded down from clear coat peeling and everything and I also took the wing off of it.. .. It is actually the cleanest car that I have had in a couple years ..

These first pics are from when I first got it.. I had to pull the 1.5 out of it lol.. Definately didn't want it. .

should be a quick little devil. any thoughts on rim choice, or you staying with OEM style?

 

I'm thinking about keeping the 13's for a little bit... there is a guy here that has some nice rims on his hatch that is trying to sell them to me, he just blew his motor and is getting rid of the shell so he's wanting to sell me the wheels lol.. they're 15's but i'm not sure what they are.. they look nice though. They are bronze so i'm sure that they will look good with that blue.. If I don't get them, then i'll probably just throw some fat fives on it or so...

i'm hoping it gets to make it to IA, i'm shooting to get to go, but never know for sure ... anyways guess what... it's getting supercharged soon... :D

i used to have a delsol vtec, man i miss that car! traded for a damn mini truck haha! deff looks awesome with the drop and wing delete!

I took the back 2 off of it and everything.. I like the way mud flaps look in a way and in another way I don't.. I just took them off and put them away for now..

 

Right now it has coilovers on it.. not sure of the name brand... got them from a friend to just run until I can buy the lowering springs that i'm wanting.. but I think it really set the car off.. I took a ton more pics of the car, but they aren't of me doing anything to it ... I wish I had the money right now to finish everything that I'm wanting to do.. The top of the car is primered black from where the clear coat was peeling so I sanded it down and primered it, but i'm going to try and buy some paint and paint it back blue..

The funny thing about this car... I was looking at the title and it says the car is Red? So I thought hmmm, must've painted it, then got to looking and every part of this car is blue, and an old woman had it before me... well she had sold it to this guy and he traded it right off to me... so I know it wasn't painted.. then I got to thinking, wrong title... so I went and checked the VIN# on the firewall, it matches?? I guess someone that built that car was color blind lol...
