Hello, I'm new here and I need some help. My gf has 99 civic hatch and there's an engine shield under car that's plastic and it's totally bent down. It's almost scraping the ashphalt. I was wondering what's the part called and can I change this myself ?

 

I think your refering to the splash guard. And yes you can change yourself, its like 4 plastic pushins and 4 screws i believe.
