Pictures of my 94 Prelude vtec- JUN engine
I finally decided to take a couple pics of my car. I have owned the car since Aug. of 1997.
and never taken any pics. I have made alot of mods to the car and it is is strictly a leisure vehicle now. I will put maybe 700 miles a year on it . It was my DD until 2007.
The car was painted in 2000. The rebulit motor has been in since 2004 and has approx 50k on it. For the specs and dyno:

I now have a factory intake arm with pipe and bpi stack and filter kit.
the car has a carbon fiber hood, tanabe coilovers, nuespeed rear bar and dc suspension bars all the way around. The front sway bar has been removed. The brakes are factory w/ itr front pads and s2k rear pads w/ goodridge brake lines. The wheels are ssr type r 16x7.
ABS, PS, and AC have all been removed.
I am going to run the 1/4 in the fall when it cools off some. The best 1/8 mile is 8.5 at 85 mph on old school bfg radials.

I think about 160k. i recently recovered the seats. A guy on ebay sells very high quality OEM replacement covers for alot of different cars. You can also do different stitching but I wanted it to be factory looking. He let me buy the two fronts only since I have no back seats. I think I paid 400 shipped. The cover fit, finish and quality are equally as good as OEM.
Car drives great though alot of susp. bushings have been replaced as well as balljoints.

Thanks for the compliments.
I am not a big fan of the engine bay either, but when I had the car painted I was 19 and on a tight budget. I just have never really cared that much about it being red. I could not tell you the last time I popped my hood to show my engine, probably 6 or 7 years. so i will just save the hassel and cost. Plus my two baby boys get my attention now, the car is just for leisure driving.
As far as the red bay riuning it, thats your opinion, but a bit of a stretch. the pictures dont do the car any justment, it looks alot better in person.
