i have a civic lx 1.5l that randomly won't start. it turns but won't fire.. i don't get any codes or check engine light. a work around i have found is to turn the ign to "run" wait for the check engine light to come on and go off, then it starts without any hang ups.. is this a future ecm problem? anyone else run across this?

 

Almost sounds like your fuel pump is shitting out on you. Try cycling the key a few times before you crank it over. See if it starts up before the light goes off. This just primes the fuel rail.
