Default Integra shifter fit on 99-00 Si? Difference in throw/height?

So apparently (from what I read) the ITR and reglar Teg shifters are the same, except the ITR is polished from the factory.

So my question is will the Integra shifter bolt right in a 99-00 Si? I know they are wider than a regular Civic shifter, but no clue about Si. Also what's the height/throw difference between a Si and teg shifter?

ITR and GSR's have the same shifter. I have one in my 96 civic hatch, best shifter out there to swap in imo

The are positioned so well, shorter throw, and bolt right in.

I don't see how they bolt right in a regular Civic seeing as how the Integra shifter is wider.

They do not bolt in. The bottom fulcrum point of the Integra shifter is wider.

You can just cut it. Easy fix. The throw feels much nicer. The positioning is a lot nicer as well.

Measure the part of your shift linkage where the shifter bolts in. Mark the shifter to see how much you should cut.

Cut it with a grinder/cut off wheel.

Or buy a DC linkage.

Does this apply to a 99-00 Si seeing as they are B series also? The D series Civic shifter is 25.4mm wide whereas the Integra is 35.4mm wide. I just need to find out the width of a 99-00 Si shifter. Anyone have one to measure?

the 99-00 civic Si shifters are the same as all the other civic shifters. Narrow.

I own a 99-00 Si now. It has a short throw on it. It came off my friend's EX.

I've owned a 99 hatch with a B16 swap, 99-00 Si linkage, and ITR shifter. I had the cut the shifter.

I've owned a 99 GSR. The shifter was wider at the bottom.

Yeah I knew the Tegs were wider for sure, just unsure of length of Si since it was B series. Thanks for the help

I'm also debating going with OEM or energy suspension bushings. Any real gain over OEM?

The energy ones feel a bit nicer. They're only $14...so...why not?

Most of the slop comes from the linkage itself being aged. New linkages feel much nicer that used ones even with polyurethaen bushings.
