b16 cranks over but run all from checking fuzes?
Oh tay a friend and I have a 94 teggy with a b16a1 my battery was going dead so we started checking all my fuses under my dash and then under the hood next to where my battery tightened down (the fuse links to the options and main 100 amp ) we used the light bulb to complete the circuit to test for battery drain, we showed a drain while pulling fuses, then no drain, problem the car fails to start now, any ideas, tested spark = good, used starter fulid down my intake to see if it was a fuel issue. with the starter fluid it tries to kick, any ideas. the fuel pump turns on when in acc possition. ran before we tightened down the conection of those two in the fuze box and now it is being
somthing fuel but we didnt mess with anything along those lines, could it be that like on some cars there is a safety cut off on the fuel while testing it tripped the relay if it has one? being obd2...btw this is our first REAL honda runz 14 all motor full interior still im new as you can tell

1. Are you getting 12 volts from the battery?
You can still have a bad battery even if the high beams and radio turn on.
2. Does the crank sound slow?
Let's get down to the basics...You need fuel, spark, compression for the car to start.
1. Are you getting sparks from all 4 plugs?
2. Are you getting fuel? (ex. Spark plugs wet)
3. Can you do a compression test? If so, what are your numbers?

OK well randomly and magically it started up, got it back to my house. Now when I try and start it, it will just continue to cracks until the battery goes dead but I can turn the key hold it for about 3-4 little "wu-wu-wu-wu" and let of and then hit again and hold it for like 3 seconds cranking and 1 in 15 tries it might catch and run. I can hold it till the battery goes dead. it only catches and starts up in the first few seconds of turning the key. when it does run it just hmmmmmmz perfectly. Just start up is a hit and a miss... That and I can't find my OBD2 diagnostic plug-in location. I have a pocket scanner I cant find the connection location. Thanks the whopper I was going over the basics spark compression and fuel, i got fuel from the pump, i need to check the filter, idk how to check my injectors, i pulled one plug i have spark, i'll check all 4, and compression, 11:1 or something like that. crank sounds solid and healthy, i have 13 volts form the battery, healthy battery.
