Default 96 LX Upgrades

Ok, I now have OBX headers, high flow CAT and an exhaust built for it by my mechanic in my car... I'm satisfied the sound isn't too high pitched like glass walled mufflers etc! Anyways, I've been really only doing stuff to it for better fuel efficiency & only did the headers/cat cause the damn manifold was cracked and didn't seem right paying $$$ for stock parts lol.. I was looking at a cold air intake MAYBE as I had one in my Jeep and made a huge difference in throttle response and the fuel mileage was a little better if I didn't get up on it. With the high flow exhaust on this little engine would putting that cold air intake be to much for the engine? Am I going to get worse or better fuel economy? I ordered one of those chips so I can get a better fuel/air ratio since installing this new exhaust. Any other suggestions from you modders out there?
