Default Sun visor recover?

So the sun visors in my 99 civic are looking a little rough. Anyone here done or have a diy on how to recover them?

im not sure about the diy or anthing but my buddys dad put bride fabric on his to match his seats, looks really good.

ive done several. you have to cut them open at the seam. strip and recover them and then glue them back together. very easy to do.

once you cut them open youll see hot melts holding them in. cut the heads off with a razor blade. youll also need to remove the clips holding the mirror cover on with a pick tool. when you put the mirror back you can super glue the plastic studs back to the cardboard to hold it in place.
