hey ive been wanting a set of oldschool mesh rims (EX: enkei 92's) for a while and see cars rolling around daily with them in that style...although most are 5 lugs... i was wondering which rims came in 15/16 " 4 x 100 and which stock cars had them in that size??? then i could get a hold of some a lot easier if i knew which cars they came on..

the enkei 92's do come in 4x100 as well, but dont really know which cars have them stock, sry

theres tons of similar mesh wheels out there i just dont know which ones come 4 x 100 and which stock cars they came on..

 

now that i think about it, i believe that some older bmw's had a few

 

bmws, some toyotas, various domestics. bbs supplied many oems

 

bmw e30 in 15x7


mk2 vw jetta gli (bbs ra) in 14x6.5 (?)

 

oh, also mid-90s miatas had some, not sure if they're 14s or 15s


all of those are made by bbs and come in 4x100, but centerbores will most likely be the wrong size.

 

I got my 92s off an older Accord (I want to say 2nd-3rd gen? Was 4x100)
Not sure if it's a factory option for older Accords but i know for sure same era Civic Sedans came with either Enkei 92 or 92 Reps optional.
1st Gen CRX SIs also came with some pretty cool looking Honda Mesh.
A ton of VWs and BMWs came with Mesh stock aswell (BBS)

 

those are clean. i always see a car that looks just like that, thought it was aftermarket

 

^ i thought those were 4 x 114????? i saw a guy in my neighborhood with those and i was trippen cuz they were real bbs..i bet he doesnt kno nuthen about em and i was gonna try n get em off him but i didnt know what to say or how much to ask.


what if the center bore is off??? what do u do?

 

nope the older miatas come in 4x100, can't say about the newer ones tho, but if the center bore is off just get hubcentric rings

 

you would actually need the miata center bore to be bored up to 56.1 or use a spacer.

and btw, that e30 m3 pictured up there is 5x120 not 4x100.

 

vw & bmw centerbore should be bigger, as honda wheels need to be modified to fit them
