i dont see why not, my boy just sold his for 5500 and it was not in the same condition, but then again some people nj/ny buy anything no matter the looks because they will just go steal the parts of the hard working man to make it look good as new
and like you said in your post older si's get more money, but they are worth more for many reasons,
1.rarity
2.Exterior styling (ep3's are odyssey's any way you look at it)
3.em1's are the ****
still your ep3 for 4500 is a good deal if it comes with all the stock parts!

yup, no one like the stock body style. But its better for the current owners that do not want to sell because there arent that many on the road.
That's kind of sad. I traded my old 97 EX coupe with a b16 swap into a dealership and got $4500 for it, and that was with NO a/c and 186,xxx on it. And that was just back in January, that dealership had no idea what they were getting.
90% of the cars here look like low-riders...I never understood the idea of buying race inspired parts on a slammed car. Shows little class imo,but oh well its there money.
And for the underpowered part, i dont think its that really, everyone here is a follower. Eg's,Ek's, are way underpowered (singlecam stock).
Eps stock, are nice. Fact that its the only DOHC honda Civic HB to hit the states is good enough for me.
imo i guess
