I inspected the system and there appears to be an oily residue on top of the drier on the other end of the condenser. Currently with the a/c on and the temperature control on the coldest setting, I get slightly cooler air than the ambient temperature, but not "air conditioning." If I adjust the temperature just a bit warmer, the air heats up dramatically. Is there just a leak in the system? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
