car turns on but then turns off

i need your help... ive had my integra with a b20 swap sitting out on my drive way for about a month and my landlord says that his insurence needs it gone or up and running by the 15th of next month. so my problem is that the engine starts and stays on but sounds very week, then it will eventuallly die. or i turn it on and give it gas and it will die. so if anyone that knows their stuff can you please give me some advise on what it could be, or if this has happened to you let me know what you did to fix it... thanks

ill check my sensors tomorrow, because there are some sensors that are cut.. the wiring harness that it came with is wacckkk!!! its all beat up and llike three sensors have the wires cut if not more.. jaja ill try and fix it tommorow, thanks for the help
I would suggest repairing all cut wires and are you throwing any CEL? If so which ones?

ill try and post pics of the cut sensors but i know for sure the sensors that are cut are the crank sensor (the yellow one that plugs into the back of the block) and there are like two other ones that are right underneath the dizzy. i think its like the water temp. sensor and another one next to it. thanks for all the help guys i hope i can get it up and rinnong or else ima get it towed away by my landlord... lol

so now i have reconnected all the sensors that where disconnected, except for the crank sensor in the back of the block cuz i cant get my hand back there.. but now the car stays on but still sounds very weak and when i rev it up to about 2000 rpm it sounds like its struggleing . a noise is coming out of the throtle body like its sucking in air even though its just idleing. if i press the gas it wants to die out and i have no clue of what it is. if i can i will try and record a small cliip with my camara and post it up. any suggestions??

It sounds like you are OBDII correct? The best thing you can do is scan it for codes.

does anyone know what could be the cause of the engine acting up like that??? and why when i press the gass pedal does it want to turn off??? any one??

it did it!! thanks for all the help, i switched'em and now it turns on and stays on. the only problem that i have now is that its idleing at like 700 rpm... i know thats way too low!! if i give it gas it feels like it wants to turn off. but once i get it up to 1500 rpm i can rev it higher. any suggestions on how to fix that problem?? ill try and record it again on my camara tommorow since its a lot better than discribing it by words..

humm? so does anyone know why the engine sounds so weak or why it feals and sounds like it wants to turn off?? also why it has a hissing sound coming out the throtle body?? tommorow morning ill record it eather way.
hissing is normal from the tb, your iacv might be plugged up causing rough idle, if not that your car needs a tuneup soon.

i guess the idle is ok.. but i still have that anoying noise from the throtle body. ima take of the iacv and clean it see what happens.

no its a stock gsr ecu... cuz the shell is a gsr but they swaped in only the b20.. they left everything else alone.

the cell that it gives me is 10, and 14.
the specs of the motor is
97 b20b it is running a obd1 wires and computer.
i bought this motor from Gspeed.Corp.
oh and the dizzy it use to be obd2, but i change the same dizzy to obd1.
