D16z6 crx wont start
Ok, here's what happened. My car sat for about a week because it was about out of gas. When going to fill the tank the car struggled to start and died. The starter was turning over but it took about 5 seconds for it to start then die. It started up fine after it died. After getting gas i drove it home and parked it for about 30 minutes. I went out to start it and now the car won't start at all. The starter isn't engaging and i had it tested and autozone told me it was good. Anyone have any idea what is wrong with it.
And could anyone show me in a picture if possible where the ground wires that connect to the transmission or thermostat are, because i dont think my car is grounded there. Any help will be appreciated

Try making sure you didnt blow any fuses and that the small wire with the 1/4 inch spade is clean and connected to the started sometime vibration will make it come off. It sounds like the fuel pump may be going out because running it out of gas is really hard on the pump. Another thing that could be going bad is the main relay. Take it out and resolder the joints under the cap.
Yea i checked the main relay and it was good. I don't know if the fuel pump would cause the starter not to come on, but i guess nothing is impossible. I'm almost 100% the problem is a ground but i really can't find where the grounds are suppose to be. I moved the one on my valve cover and the car started. I turned it off and tried to start it again and it wouldn't. So if anyone could give me a detailed picture or description of what the ground on the thermostat housing and transmission is suppose to look like, i would greatly appreciate it.
