Default 1996 honda accord beeping.

when i take the keys out of the ingnition and open the door it starts beeping (the same beeping you get when you leave your lights on) the beeping stops when the door is shut. if the door is left open the beeping does not stop. it has never done this befor so im not sure what it is. I took the spare 7.5a fuse from the fuse box inside the car and took out the blown one under the hood and put the new one in the fuse i changed was the backup radio. i did not put anouther fuse in the spare fuse place. the beeping did not start untill i went to wire up my staero. the car was not on at this point, i then taped up the yellow wires and the red wires and the black wire. then the beeping started. the keys were not in the inginition at any point during this

~~~~~~~~~~EDIT~~~~~~~~~~
the fuse causing the beeping is the fuse i replaced it is the 7.5a Backup (radio) fuse from under the hood, the second i put the fuse in the beeping starts. any idea what could be causing this problem. all help is appreacited
Sounds like a short thats downwind of the fuse. I would start tracing the wire and see where it leads. The "chime" is obviously receveing power from this circuit (the radio circuit )
x2 for checking short. Especially check the RED (I assume you meant RED/BLK) wire that is connected to Light-on signal
