Default Kinked poly-urethane lip

I bought a front and rear lip online and they came with kinks in them from being crammed in a box thats too short. Can you use a heat gun on poly-urethane or what is the best way to fix kinks?

There's a way to fix polyurethane, but it involves like melting plastic into the repair area or something. what does this 'kink' look like?

On the drivers side of the lip where it bends around the corner of the bumper it bulges out downwards from a kink on the bottom side of the lip. When you stretch the lip straight out the bulge/kink flattens out a bit but is still sticking out on the bottom

So you cant use a heat gun and bend the lip back into place?

yea you can use a heatgun as well, ive done it for my oem lip, but make sure to use non-textured gloves as to not leave prints upon the flexing process (which was my mistake =P)
