Hi all i Don't know whats happened but all of a sudden my car won't go into reverse all the other gears are fine it has done this before but after a couple of days in normaly fixes itself what do you guys recon

EDM accord huh. im assuming your car is manual not auto. hows your tranny fluid?

 

Yeah the fluid is fine and so is the clutch the car has done this before

If you start the car out of gear, is it ever hard to put it in first gear? Does it ever grind? The clutch may not be releasing completely.

That generation of car didn't have some kind of a solenoid to keep you from tossing it in reverse while moving did it?

Car isn’t taking reverse when it’s on but when the car is turned off and placed into reverse it takes the reverse all the other gears are fine
