So i just got an LS block for dumb cheap but where the mount on the driverside bolts in is completly snapped. I planned on welding it but i was told there is a bracket made to mount around the block and bolt in on eather side. Any one ever hear of this and is so where i can buy it??

 

Having a hard time picturing the issue... can you post a pic of the problem area?

 

are you saying where the mount is connect to the block is not there basicly?
if thats the case i think your out of luck

 

I can have it welded but i heard from someone that there is a bracket that mounts where the ps pump is usually mounted and wraps around the block for the motor mount, he may have been bullshitting but if ne1 has heard something remotely like this let me know
