how to remove oem air intake

i have a 2000 honda prelude base,i have removed all the wires and plugs just cant get that last nut loose that is holding down the pipe at the intake manifold...it is a screw that is bolted down in a clip

Use a screwdriver to loosen it, then pull it off.
