FS: Champ White EK Coupe F20B swap!! (WI)
With some reluctance, I've gotta put my beautiful 1997 Civic EX coupe up for sale. I really, really need something 4-door. Gawd, I feel old. Anyway, the car is a 1997 with ~93K original miles. It's in immaculate shape with zero rust, and a fresh paint job. The car was originally an automatic, but recently switched over to manual with the engine swap. I opted to leave the original automatic cluster in the car so there was no question about how many miles were on the car. The car is an EX, so it has all the bells-n-whistles. It has a power sun/moon roof, power door locks, power windows, cruise, A/C, etc. It has the factory keyless entry as well.
The car was just recently painted Championship White in PPG paint. It was a complete respray so that means all the jams were done as well as the engine bay with the engine pulled. There are no door dings or dents on the car. The photos show this well. The front end was swapped over to a 1999 style front with fog lights, McCullough HID's and Civic Type-R grill and lower lip.
The engine was recently replaced with a Japanese Type-R Accord F20B with the very uber rare 5-speed LSD transmission. This is NOT an automatic F20B!! It's surprisingly very fast for a little 2.0 liter engine. The engine mounts are Avid, with Hasport H/F axels. Everything was done right on this car with top-notch quality and no expenses spared!!

Thanks for the kind words guys.
I like the F20B over B18C's. It's got a little added displacement which helps give some extra grunt down low. Power up top is excellent too. The long gears of the F20B trans make it fly!

Yeah, the car is VERY clean without a spot of rust. When it was stripped down, I had extra rust preventer sprayed into the fender wells too just as an added precaution against the notorious Honda "cancer".
