Default ecu help

so im doing a 5spd converion in my 96 ex coupe, and only thing im missing is ecu, i have found like 574967392058 ecu's for a d16z6, p28, from what i have seen my car needs a p2p, so what im askin is will a p28 work on my car??

you'll need a obd2a to obd1 conversion harness if you want to use a p28

The p28 would run it, but you would probably want it programmed to run the y8 maps.

check www.phearable.net, I believe a harness will run you 75 or so, probably around the same for chipping.
