actually, if you gave specifics instead of "poor mans" etc etc... it would be easier to help you with what you are looking to do.

what are your hp goals, NA or boost? Stock bore is sufficient. If you over-bore your block, you'll want to cc your head chambers to match.

You crazy as hell. Good Luck. Either your dumb, or some genius that knows the ancient secret of Honda's. I pick the latter since you asked this question and said b16 itr head. You will never achieve 600hp with an all motor poor mans setup running 95 octane. I'll end it early for you. It's not going to happen, impossible. Go chase another dream. I don't even think all motor v8's with alcohol can hit 600hp. Do a vitara setup, cheap, and easy. There's one around here that is a drag car, hits 470+hp and hit's 10's. Good luck with 600hp all motor.

Just go to a shop, say you want a poormans type r, and your budget is limitless. Your crazy as hell.

Good potential. Seems like more and more people are doing this swap and they are making really good power.

If you can hit 600hp, more props to ya. I'd definitely like to see that.

Any idea what you are gonna do to whatever engine you pick to make that goal?

Now you're just e-building your motor. I suggest you do some research. What people think on here should be irrelevant to what you want to do.

There is alot of information on here. Some are good, some are plain stupid, but if you stick to technical data, you'll be fine. Stay away from "I heard this, I heard that BS".

go to the forced induction forum or the all motor forum and see what others have built, what they spent, and the power that they made.

Only advice I have to offer so far is that you are gonna need a bigger turbo to make anywhere close to 600hp.

Maybe you should go with that small turbo first and see what you get. Then build from there.

As Hanmin suggested, check out the forced induction forums. Might help you see what kind of power goals to expect from certain setups.
