Default Installing P28(?) box help?!?

So I want to get my Vtec going before the autocross this weekend and I have no idea how to install the stock controller. Ya know the black box with the long cable running out of it with the thingy on the end. You would think the chilton manual would cover this bu nooooo. anyway if any of you know how to install it where I can find a guide that would be stellar. thanks

are you for real????

the ECU controls the Vtec , not some random black box

are you sure you have a P28 ? it sounds like you have a window activated RPM switch your trying to use to activate VTEC , with a P28 you would just pin the harness and it would send the signal to the solenoid

if you don't understand your car, don't autocross. P28 - chipped ECU which is a no brainer to install.

Default Archidictus, do you autocross in Columbus?

Because I do. I was curious if you did.
