well i have cai/h/e love the way it sounds i wouldn't recommend reflashing it until you get a good amount of bolt-ons so you can feel a difference
my buddy told me not to run a RH with the reflash because it will run too lean on my 05 ...probably gonna get a cai + exhaust then reflash it since im not gonna mod it anymore in the future..i still want to know which route will put out more power anyone know?
Go with a tire upgrade. Tires are the only mod that can decerase stopping distances, incerase corering loads and cut 0-60 times....if you have a 02-04 type-s, go with 225/50-16...if on the other hand you have a 05-06, get 225/45-17's

I would also upgrade your brake pads to better bitting ones and then look at doing your suspension... those 3 things are what will make your car perform the most!

Well, I know that an RSX Type S with an intake and catback dynoed at 152whp at DSG. If you do I/H/E, you should spend an extra 30 bucks and get an ebay test pipe and use the defouler trick on your secondary o2. The car being dynoed had the cat still.
With a DC CAI, DC RH, HKS Hiper Exhaust, and a Hondata Stage 4 reflash I made 205whp on the dyno. This is on an 02-04 Model Type-S. In my opinion I'm satisfied with it.
I wouldn't worry to much about exhaust...
the 05 type-S is a great exhaust for performance! It's bigger than the 02-04 rsx-s. Go with intake and race header and reflash if you wish!

yea i wanted to go RH too but hondata told me 06-06 models will run to lean...thanks all for teh help
Well it's a really low reading dyno over their. Did you guys keep your cat converter? That car still had his and I bet K-Pro and Hondata really made the difference after slappin the bolt-ons on.
