Default transmission issues

hey i recently bought a 2000 acura integra gsr with a b20b in it. After driving it for 2 weeks, one night i found it extremely hard to shift, so i checked the clutch fluid. It was bone dry, so i filled it up. after filling it and bleeding the lines it got a bit easier to shift but there is still a bit more effort then usual to shift. I then changed the tranny fluid for gm syncromesh and found better results, smoother shifting into all gears except 2nd. If i rev first gear past 4 grand, it is physically impossible to shift into 2nd without absolutly ramming it into gear and it is extremely hard to downshift to 2nd as well. theres no grinding it just wont go into gear. Any tips or suggestions as to what the problem is?

yeah it shifts butterly when the car is off, and im sure its not the mastercylinder cuz the fluid has stayed the same level ever since i bled it.

and it shouldnt be the syncros tho, theres no grinding, only if i really really shove the shifter then it grinds into 2nd, but other then that its impossible to shift smoothly over 4,000 rpm, under that it shifts like butter

hm...you could also check your clutch slave cylinder for leaks or replacement.
