Default Planning first build, done some homework but still have some questions

Ok, i currently have a 91 CRX Si with a d16y8 swap and a p28. Its fun, but would love for it to be more fun. I'd like to rebuild the motor this fall/winter but am trying to decide now so that i can start stock piling parts (college student funds suck). I'd prefer not to do a swap but i know in the long run it would probably be a better buy. But for now, I'd like to stay with my SOHC, is been good to me haha.
SO any way heres what i have been thinking..

honing the block for ycp p29 pistons stock bore this would be approximately 12
6:1 ( what exactly makes them better than the nrp pistons?)
eagle h rods (or is there an equally as good, lighter rod for approximately the same price?)
micropolish and balance crank ( is knife edging worth consideration)
dh racing head gasket (0.014 thickness rises the cr to approximately to 13.59:1)
skunk 2 springs and high comp valves ( would .5mm overside be beneficial at all, or stay with stock size?)
bisimoto stage 3 cam
bisimoto header (will this clear a full size radiator, or do i need a half size?)
2.5" exhaust and cat

now this would be mounted to my CRX Si transmission. I love how close 1-3 gear is, but hate 4-5, I'm under the impression all the L3 transmissions use the same shaft so gears would be interchangeable correct? Are they're any other trannys i could steal a gear or two from?

Now the areas i would like the most advice.. ignition and fuel. I know with e85 i would need a large fuel system, but how much larger, roughly what size injectors? I've heard to oversize by 25% is this correct?

And what kind of ignition system would be best with this type of compression? I would like to be able to stay with uberdata or chrome and avoid having to spend extra money for a different ems.

Lastly, I've heard high compression and nitrous work together great. With stock bore and proper tuning would stock sleeves have any trouble after having everything balanced? Would these sleeves be able to handle a 75 or 100 of nitrous, or would it need to be sleeved for that?

This is not going to be a DD car, but the car to take out and play with, take it to the track, etc. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
